As startup valuations continue to come down, is now the time for strategic investors to look at bringing their scale to the bargaining table and partnering with or acquiring new digital businesses? Over the next couple years, I think traditional players who fail to outline a tech strategy will miss out on complementary new digital business models and potential tech monopoly-like growth.
