Hi, my name is Matt Powers, I am a mobile developer in New York city working for Applico, a mobile centric company who delivers portable experiences across all 3 major smartphones.

Because of the explosion of ‘Mobile’ and ‘Social’ in the last couple of years, and the explosion of new technologies and platforms, I felt that this is the right time to blog about software development, mobile platforms and just technology news in general.

At Applico we have a diverse team of engineers who all have unique backgrounds, whom experiences and stories I think will be both valuable and entertaining to our followers.
